How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes place within 2-3 weeks as we only procure and process the shoe after you have placed your order.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as the shoes have been shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email.

What payment methods are available?

Klarna invoice, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, Sofort Überweisung

Can I return or exchange the shoes?

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible as this is a custom-made item. If the shoe arrives damaged upon delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
